1. What Blockskin.studio is
Blockskin.studio is a free, independent, fan-made design tool that lets you create original blocky-avatar textures in your browser. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and any related names, logos, or marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility with a texture format popular in that community.
2. Original designs only
You may use Blockskin.studio only to create original designs. You agree not to use the editor or the AI generator to reproduce, trace, or closely imitate:
- copyrighted characters (from games, movies, TV shows, books, or comics),
- brand names, logos, mascots, or trade dress,
- real people's likenesses without permission,
- hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise unsafe imagery.
3. How the AI handles famous characters & unsafe content
To help keep everyone safe, prompts that mention famous characters, brands, or logos are automatically rewritten by our AI into an original design inspired by the vibe of what you asked for — not a copy. When this happens you'll see a friendly note letting you know your idea was remixed. If the result isn't what you wanted, try describing the style, colors, and mood in your own words instead of naming a character.
Separately, prompts or uploaded images that are inappropriate for kids — including sexual, hateful, graphically violent, or otherwise unsafe content — are automatically blockedbefore any skin is generated. When that happens you'll see a short, friendly message asking you to try a different idea. Nothing is saved and nothing is loaded onto your avatar.
4. Your designs, your responsibility
You keep ownership of the designs you export. Blockskin.studio does not claim rights to your creations. In exchange, you are responsible for how you use them — including making sure any texture you upload to Roblox or share elsewhere complies with the community standards, terms of service, and intellectual-property rules of the platforms you use.
5. Takedown requests (DMCA-style)
If you are a rights holder and believe a design created or shared through Blockskin.studio infringes your intellectual property, please email michael@dentio.com with:
- a description of the work you believe is infringed,
- a link, screenshot, or clear identification of the material in question,
- your contact information,
- a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
We review reports promptly and will remove or restrict access to infringing material where appropriate.
6. No warranty
Blockskin.studio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We're a small fan project — please be kind.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the tool evolves. Continued use of Blockskin.studio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
